Outreach Partners
Hockey for the Homeless is committed to partnering with charitable homeless agencies whose mission is to find and implement effective solutions to end homelessness in Canada. As such, we fund projects and programs at charitable organizations dedicated to providing continuous outreach services, effective transitional programs and proven reintegration support. Most of our outreach partners also provide innovative and critical homeless prevention programs, as research has proven that the best way to keep Canadians off the streets is to help them before they get there.
